After returning from the Mad Dimension in Marvel Team-Up #52, the Sentinel of Liberty takes Sam Wilson and Leila Taylor to the SHIELD psychiatric ward -- in hopes that the doctors can reverse the effects of the Night People's shock treatment. While Cap is touring the facility, he passes the isolation cell of a very unusual inmate. It's a man that seems to be half-dead and half-alive at the same time! Eventually, Cap leaves the facility and goes to visit Sharon Carter. However back at the psychiatric ward, the strange inmate morphs into a powerful creature called Agron! And the only superhero around to stop him is the Falcon! Good luck to the shield-slinger's partner! Cameo appearances by Brother Wonderful and Brother Inquisitor. SHIELD doesn't know who is creating the strange monsters around the world, but it has a lead on who might be financing Zola's illicit activities. So the reinstated Agent 13 pays a visit to an elderly man named Cyrus Fenton. But be careful Sharon -- looks can be very deceiving! Cameo appearances by the Falcon and the Red Skull.
